CA. Nikhil Kumar founded the firm M/s Nikhil Kumar & Associates on 20 January 2009 after becoming a Chartered Accountant. He has also qualified L.L.B. from Lucknow University, Lucknow, Diploma in Information System Audit (DISA, ICAI) Certificate Course on Concurrent Audits (ICAI) and Certificate Course on Goods & Service Tax from Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He has a vast post qualification experience of over more than 13 years in, Direct tax Indirect tax, GST, Auditing, Corporate and Non Corporate Finance, Documentation, etc. . His core area of working is taxation advisory/compliances, litigation support, drafting replies to Show
Cause Notices and representing clients before Department in Indian GST, erstwhile Service Tax and VAT law. He has a very keen interest in Goods & Service Tax Law since the introduction of the law in India. He has closely worked on GST implementation in India among various clients. He has written several articles on various issues pertaining to the Goods & Services Tax Law which was published by all leading publishing houses of India like ‘Taxmann” , “Taxguru” , “Study Cafe” etc. He has also given various training sessions w.r.t. to Goods & Service Tax law to various corporate and non-corporate clients.
